The genuine taste of olives thanks to the complete avoidance of preservatives. October until November becomes the season for our fresh olive oil. Grapes from more than 4,000 olive trees of Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino type are squeezed immediately at max. 27 degrees, filtered and filled directly into bottles in order to guarantee the true taste of Tuscany. Due to its truly biological nature, our olive oil excels in low acid and peroxide levels as well as its natural purity.
